Are bees attracted to visual effects that look like flowers?

My business logo on my truck is a large blue and yellow swirl and last week was the fifth time a bee has flown inside. Sound likes a dumb question but it is it just a coincedence?

Are bees attracted to visual effects that look like flowers?
they are attracted to certain colors and smells
Reply:Yes, bees are quite visual and are attracted to images that resemble flowers. They generally find out pretty soon which objects are real flowers and which are not.

I don't know about your truck though; the decoration on it sounds rather large for a flower. But maybe they "think" it could be a cluster of flowers.
Reply:honey bee vision is semilar to violet spectrom. they usually pollinate blue and yellow flowers, but the bees are very sensitive to sweet smell. they can identify the presence of flowering plant from the distance of several Kms only by its sense of smell.
Reply:Color and scent.
Reply:I have no flowers on my truck and bees fly in the window all the time. Have you talked to others with colorful colors on their vehicles.
