You will find that Isabel Segunda is called Plumbago in English.

I had a lot of success with this plant in Puerto Rico- I had lots of it planted in front of my front porch (balcon) and it got some sun but mostly shade. In my experience it did well because it rains so much in PR. But here in Texas I found that I cannot keep them alive in containers- they like the soil, I guess. Just do a search on "Plumbago" to see what gardening websites say. It is a beautiful plant! Good luck.
