For my wedding party, the girls are wearing brown dresses(fall wedding).Should they have a pink or blue sash?

And if a pink sash, what kind/color of flowers? If blue, (and it would be like a tiffany blue) again what kind of flowers do you think?

I think the flowers should be a mix of white blossoms (calla lilies, gardenias, etc.) and pink blossoms that match the sash (pink sweetheart roses, etc.)

Reply:Hi, my fiance and I are getting married October 18th 2008 and my bridesmaid dresses are chocolate brown with a light pink ribbon at empire waist level ( cocktail length). I love the contrast of the colors. They are carrying a hand tied bouquet of variations of pink sweetheart roses and spray roses with gerbra daisies with these little brown berries and flowers mixed in. hope this helped Congrats

Reply:I vote for a pink sash. Have a little bouquet where the stems are bound in the same pink fabric. Include pink chrysanthemums, palest pink carnations, berry sprigs and white baby's breath for softness.



If the bridesmaids are agreeable, you could match an elastic and ribbon hairband for them ( looks pretty in short and long hair) and match it to the pink sash.
