What are some inexpensive wedding flowers?

I'm not sure about my colors yet but it will either be pink(either bright or pale) and white, or baby blue and white

What are some inexpensive wedding flowers?
try buying your flowers wholesale!

you can get packages online from floral retailers, and even costco.com has wedding packages. inexpensive and convenient!
Reply:Roses, actually, are among the cheapest. This is because florists can buy them in bulk. The more roses you have in the arrangements, the cheaper they'll be per flower. Carnations are also inexpensive, and come in the widest variety of colors. They look very nice when combined with roses.
Reply:if you go to your local wedding dress shop they should have some numbers for local florests, and do artificial flowers rather than alive ones, they are cheeper and last forever!!!

Good luck!
Reply:Carnations are a good choice and can be sprayed or dipped or even grown in the colors you choose. They are a good sturdy flowers and are relatively inexpensive and easy to find most anytime of year. Congrats.
Reply:roses, stock, tulips, carnations
Reply:I've seen people bundle carnations together, which then look like big, lush peonies.

Have you considered doing some in silk?
Reply:Avoid buying SILK or FAUX flowers for your wedding. REAL Brides that wear REAL engagement rings do not carry faux flowers.

The least expensive flowers are "what is in season for that time of the year" . . also known as "seasonal flowers."

For example: tulips and daffodils in the springtime . . sunflowers in August and September . . and mums in the fall.

Carnations are inexpensive . . always available . . and there are many colors to choose from.

Reply:First you need to pick flowers that are in season during your wedding. Also try and not get married near any major holiday like mothers day or valentines day, this drives up the cost of flowers.

Buy in bulk, the more you buy the less it will cost you.
Reply:Believe it or not - roses! You can get 2 dozen red roses for about $30 if it isn't Valentine's Day, tie them into a hand-tie with ribbon and viola - bouquet!

Carnations are also very affordable but can look tacky if you aren't careful. The best combinations usually include carnations and roses with one or two more elegant flowers: for example, a rose and carnation bouquet with two large orchids is absolutely lovely! Another one that I saw recently was a hand tie that had about 8 pink roses in the center with a row of carnations around the edge, and the stems were tied with a pink ribbon accented with little rhinestone pins. Affordable and gorgeous!
Reply:Hydrangeas are beautiful and they come in...bulk? I can't think of a word to describe it, but you get a lot of bang for your buck.
Reply:All of my wedding flowers will be silk. They are cheaper!!!!!
Reply:If you want fresh flowers, go for whatever is in season. If you need flowers at the church, see if there is a wedding scheduled before yours. You may be able to split the cost.

Many of the silk flowers are very pretty. You can buy them at craft stores very inexpensively if you get them on sale, or use the store coupon. They come individually, and also as bouquets. Maybe you'll find something you like.
Reply:try some weeds out of your backyard
