Where can I obtain the top of a "Charlotte" toilet cistern?

I had an accident and broke the top of my close coupled toilet cistern!

The toilet is a "Charlotte" with a blue flower logo but the top that is broken sits on top of the tank.

Where can I obtain the top of a "Charlotte" toilet cistern?
Either a reclamation yard or save yourself a lot of wasted time and just get a whole new w.c. that matches the existing chinaware and suite as close as possible, or replace both the chinaware so at least the pair match. This will probably be cheaper and easier than trying to get a cistern lid on it's own.
