Blue Impatiens bizzy lizzie?

This is a new %26amp; still rare perrenial variety of this plant with bright blue flowers, Id love to get my hands on one but cant afford %26amp; dont need the dozen or so that I've seen advertised.



Does anyone have one - or know where I could buy just one?
