How should i do my hair for my 13th bday party?

I have medium length naturally curly blonde hair. i am going to wear a strapless navy blue shirt with white flowers and white shorts. i have no idea how to do my nails or hair. Suggestions???

You should try some big curls....but not over the top where it looks fake though



And for your nails keep it simple...... a french manicure works for everything.

i suggest navy blue tips for your nails or white tips.

curl it (like riglets) and put half up.

I would say a high pontail that wavy and if you have side bangs lkeave them down
