Is there such a thing as a blue rose?

i just wonder if there is a real blue rose because some say that there's no real blue rose. if there is, where can i find it?.. i dont like flowers but i like blue roses..

Roses are very old garden subjects – a favourite for some 5,000 years. The 'something blue' was the delphinidin gene that Florigene's geneticists cloned from a pansy, to direct pigment synthesis in the rose into the 'blue' pathway. The 'something borrowed' was an iris gene for an enzyme, DFR, required to complete the delphinidin-synthesis reaction.

Reply:I know that you can GET blue hues in the plant by modifying the genetics or putting the plant in blue water (this will be very obvious on white flowers. So you can put white roses into just blue inked water). I am not sure if there is naturally such a thing as blue rose.
Reply:Yes they are real, although rare. They were only created without dying in 2004 thru genetic engineering (see the below Wiki site). I love them too, they are so beautiful!!
