Pictures with black and white.. and making like the eyes stay blue and the bow pink...How do you do that?

I am wanting to edit alot of my pictures.. I have photoscape.. I am wanting some of the pictures to be maily blakc and white.. But in certian areas I want color. Like all black and white, but the eyes blue.. Or the flower colored and the rest black and white.. Can I do that on photoscape.. or Does anyone know nother free download on where you can do that!?!? I would be so so so happy with any help!!! And I always do pick best answer! Thanks

Paste the colored photo in

1. Duplicate Layer

2. Black and white

3. Erase the areas you want to be colored
Reply:If you go to the top left there's a bar in which you can change the size of the eraser. Report It
