I looked it up on google, and I found the blue flower, which I plan on using, but I was wondering if the heart is a symbol of romanticisim, and if so I would like some links explaining this. Any other symbols that represent this are greatly appreciated.

Do you mean romance, or romanticism? Romance is easy enough - hearts and so on as already mentioned. But Romanticism is a little more complex. Can you clarify your question please?



Edit: Actually, a blue flower can also be a symbol of romance. Forget-me-nots and violets can signify faithfulness and loyalty in a marriage or other such partnership.

Reply:there are many symbols of love. honeysuckle, jasmine, rose, colour red, heart, lips, heart pierced with arrow, broken heart, cupid, eros, chocolate(my personal favorite) osram ne nsoram(star/moon, for woman/man) astrology, it would depend on what you were planning to do with the symbols. each ethnic background also has there own symbols of love. hope you find what your looking for. good luck
