Where can I find rare Noritake values? I have a sugar/ceramer set and can't find the design anywhere.?

The bottom says NORITAKE HANDPAINTED has an "M" with a green wreath around it. The coloring is beautiful, there are single blue flowers sectioned around the mid part, the top lip is yellow and the bottom 1/4 is dusty blue, the handles are gold. If anyone can help out that would be great, thanks.
