Need cake for 60 people, diabetic, recipes for chocolate cake, white frosting. also colors are navy blue and ivory, so ideas on decor tips, or navy blue flowers, would be helpful.

Well I'm not sure about a diabetic recipe. Are you going to be making the cake yourself? . . .I would say if your colors are navy and ivory, the whole thing could be an ivory color, with ivory flowers, and small navy accents. For example, you could use navy ribbons on the cake, or something like that. There aren't too many flowers which actually come in navy, so if you want it to match up to your actual bouqet, you could do that. . . .Or perhaps you could use a standard Swiss Dot pattern, but with a navy blue? Reply:Whipped cream for frosting, weight watchers has a good flourless chocolate cake recipe - like a thick brownie that might work. Check foodnetwork.com for other flourless chocolate cake recipes - I think Emeril had one that used very little sugar and a semi-sweet chocolate. As for decorations on the cake - edible flowers are one option, or ask the baker to do gum paste flowers ...
