Who has seen this dress at anchor blue?

i was at anchor blue and i saw the cutest dress it was an off white colour with like light blue and turqoise flowers it was a tank top dress =] i think it would be perfect for graduation with like a turqiose or like green cardigan and a blue/green/gold and like golden flats (im grad. from 8th grade) so if anybody has seen it but ilooked online and it wasn't up there and my parents want to see it . It's $29.98

There is a dress like that on eBay. It's Anchor Blue, with two colors of flowers, and it's a tank dress. The size is juniors large. The item # is 290085073010, but if for some reason that doesn't work - I just typed anchor blue dress into the search page of ebay.
